If you have acid reflux, it may be best to choose fruits that are more basic and less acidic. In chemistry,pH is a measure of how acidic or basicsomething is. When choosing fruits,the higher the pH, the better.

Bananas: easy to digest, high in nutrients

Bananasare one of Mother Nature’s original fast foods. They are easy to digest, high in potassium, and are less acidic than many other fruits. For example,bananascome in around 5.0 on the pH scale.
